White Date Leaks: Clandestine Extremists In Canada and US Uncovered

Several days ago, hacker Martha Root exfiltrated and published data taken from the white supremacist dating site WhiteDate, revealing the potential identities of thousands of users. In between providing JSON data to other investigators, I have spent time looking to identify (mostly) individuals that I have deemed significant, either because of their education and employment, or their past.  This list reveals the banality of the modern extremist, their clandestine lives, and their dreams of growing their movement by indoctrinating future children into Nazism and other white supremacist ideologies. It also reveals how the extreme right has integrated into society, these are not hardened criminals, they are your child's teacher.  They are your veterinarian.  They are your accountant.  And we see how pathetic they all are, up close and personal.  Clearly, it's lonely and alienating being so radical.

 This is a list of seven that I have uncovered:

1) We have David Michael Chesser of Josephine, Texas, aka DrMichael, a high school teacher at Garland High School, seeking a "racially pure" woman:

Chesser's name and location matched the faculty listing at Garland High School, and his work email confirms it's him.  I reached out to Garland High School, its principal, and its district superintendant and have received no comment.  How could someone trust this extreme individual to provide the learning environment ALL children need?  


2) We have Tobias Unruh, aka Stephan, of Winnipeg:

Tobias is a Chartered Professional Accountant and professor of accounting at the University of Manitoba, whose name and life details ended up matching with that found in the exfiltrated data.  He fits the description entirely.

I know what you are, Tobias.

Similarly, should we be concerned about the biases shown to others in education or in accounting?  How can the public be sure that this man would not discriminate based on race?


3) We have Michael Cole, a chiropractor with his own practice operating in Phoenix, AZ, going by DrCold.

Cole makes explicit references to the Fourteen Words, a slogan used by the former Klansman and neo-Nazi terrorist David Lane.  Lane was imprisoned for his role in planning the murder of Jewish radio host Alan Berg and his organisation served as a model for modern organised white supremacist terrorism, and remain influential on accelerationist terrorist organisations such as Atomwaffen and the Base.

How many people of colour does this man have access to?  How many men, women, and children put themselves under the care of this man, with full trust that he will do no harm to them?  Beneath the smiling facade is a man who deeply sympathises and identifies with some of the most violent, malicious, and reprehensible human beings to walk the earth.


4) In St Augustine, Florida, we have Eliade Micu, Floridian software designer and engineer going by ActuaryFL:

Micu works for Clyde Analytics, run by none other than Marlowe Leibensperger.  It is unclear whether Leibensperger is fully aware his employee is a secret white supremacist.  This is someone we as a society are supposed to trust to provide unbiased modelling for insurance.  How could anyone trust those models knowing that the person behind it is pathologically dedicated to bringing them harm?

5) We have Ian Haws, veterinarian of Guelph, Ontario.  Dr. Haws runs Animal Dental Health in Guelph, and just like Micu, so helpfully provided a postal code.  Except this postal code is one that aligns with his business and his email very helpfully notes he is a "doggy dentist."

6) We have a "duel" (sic) citizen and clandestine Aryan Nations skinhead Bernadette Racette, aka burntodeath, HR administrative staff at Jardeg:

The email listed was attached to a Google accounts profile, which matched a headshot on a facebook profile for a Bernadette Racette:

As an offloading administrator, Bernadette is responsible for compiling paperwork for and integrating new hires into the company.  Racette has a lot of influence over whether or not employees are retained by the company.   

I also found other corroborating information showing this person is indeed the proud former Aryan Nations skinhead, including corroborating details of Racette's family.

7) Finally, we have Gavin MacPherson-Smith, of Toronto:

Gavin isn't noteworthy (or smart, he used his name for his profile lol), but I wanted to include him because of his particularly deranged and tl;dr rant about his life journey, ending on a rant about Jews, thinking of himself as a Zionist, and his sympathies for Adolf Hitler:

I wanted to include this man to give the audience a real understanding of how pathetic this lot is.  Ultimately, these malicious individuals are not simply hiding who they are, but are desperate enough to try finding love in a total sausagefest full of abusive and delusionally violent men. For every 10 Canadian men, there is one Canadian woman.  Likewise, the women on the site are not particularly interesting, and many are laughably too old for the ostensible purpose of creating a new Master Race.  That, to me is laughable, in reality Whitedate turned out to be nothing more than a receptacle of personal information of overconfident extremists that was just waiting to be exposed.
